Census Bureau estimates released in May 2026 made Celina the fastest-growing city in the country, adding more than 12,700 residents in a single year and nearly quadrupling since 2020. Master-planned communities are opening continuously — Light Farms, Mustang Lakes, Cambridge Crossing, Legacy Hills and newer launches still breaking ground.
New construction is our steadiest work here: move-in debris, packaging, builder waste and remodel material from owners customizing before they even settle in. Neither city bulk program in the region accepts construction debris, so it needs a private hauler by default.
City collection rules vary.
Celina's municipal domain is celina-tx.gov. Bulk collection rules are set by the City of Celina and differ from McKinney and Frisco. Whatever the local program takes, the items it refuses — remodel debris, appliances needing refrigerant recovery, anything past the size or weight cap — are what we handle.
