Why people call us for this. Frisco's bulk pickup caps items at 50 pounds. A three-seat sofa runs 100–150 lb and a sectional piece 80–120, so most furniture is disqualified on weight alone even though furniture is nominally accepted. McKinney will take it, but only from the curb and only inside a 3.5 × 3 × 9 ft pile.
How we handle it
- We disassemble anything that won't fit through the door
- Upstairs, basement-substitute or attic — no stair fees
- Usable pieces go to local charities before disposal
