Frisco bulk pickup: five items, once a month.
It is one of the tightest bulk programs in Collin County — and the fifty-pound weight limit quietly disqualifies most of the furniture people expect it to take.
How it works
Bulk waste pickup is offered on your regular recycling and trash day, in either the first, second, third or fourth week of each month — soonce monthly, not on demand.
You must fill out the city's online form to reserve your spot on the bulk list. That list closes at 12 p.m. noon the business day prior to service. Items must be at the normal curb or alley cart location by 7 a.m. on the day.
One detail worth planning around: crews cannot come onto private property. Whatever you want gone has to be at the curb already.
The 50-pound cap is the real limit
Items can't be longer than six feet in any direction, and can't weigh more than50 pounds. Furniture is listed as accepted — but almost none of it qualifies.

Weights are typical retail ranges for guidance, not city figures. The rule itself — six feet, fifty pounds — comes straight from the City of Frisco.

Frisco says you can't bring in an outside dumpster for remodel debris.
The city's construction waste page states that "the use of another contractor and/or their equipment for this purpose is not permitted within city limits." The city's own container service requires a $1,000 security deposit to open an account. So for a bathroom or kitchen remodel, a roll-off is not the easy default it is in most cities — confirm current requirements with the City before you arrange anything.
The Environmental Collection Center
6616 Walnut Street. Open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9–11:30 a.m. and 1–3 p.m.; Wednesday 9–11:30 a.m. and 1–6 p.m.; Saturday 8 a.m.–1 p.m.Closed 11:30–1 every weekday, which catches people out.
Bring a driver's license and a current Frisco water bill with a matching address. Apartment residents can use a rent statement — but their limits are halved. Free for residents except a $40 Freon fee on fridges, freezers and coolers.
The limit is two CPUs, monitors or TVs per day. For a whole-house clearance or an estate, that makes doing it yourself impractical — three old televisions is already a two-day project.

When to call us instead
A Saturday garage clearout has no city outlet in Frisco until the next monthly cycle — and even then, only five items under fifty pounds each.
